Shipping Destinations

COCOPOP currently offers free standard shipping to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.

Free shipping does not apply to non-contiguous U.S. states, territories, certain remote destinations, or military addresses.

Additional shipping charges may apply to destinations such as:

• Hawaii
• Puerto Rico
• Guam
• U.S. Virgin Islands
• American Samoa
• Northern Mariana Islands
• Federated States of Micronesia
• Marshall Islands
• Palau
• Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)

Where shipping is available to these destinations, the applicable shipping fee will be shown at checkout before payment.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully completed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 8–15 business days from the date the order is placed.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, peak seasons, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

International Fulfillment

Some COCOPOP products may be shipped from our international fulfillment partners or overseas fulfillment centers.

Depending on the items purchased, an order may occasionally arrive in more than one package.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error.

Once an order has entered the shipping process, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
